*This competition is available between 01/05/2022 and 01/11/2022. Entry into the competition only applies where the patient has left a Google my Business

review between 01/05/2022 and before 23.59 on 01/11/2022 in which one individual winner will be randomly selected from a prize draw. Reviews submitted after this time period will not be considered. This competition is open to all individuals who are registered

patients at the dental practice and who have attended an appointment at St Marks Orthodontics and have left a review via Google my Business only.The winner will contacted by the email held by

the practice within 14 days of the closing date, whereupon a postal address for delivery of the prize will be requested. The winner will have 14 days from email to claim their prize. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to

meet the requirements, may result in forfeiture of the prize. The voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

The competition is limited to one Google my Business review per patient. The £50 Amazon voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

The practice can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion. The competition is open to people aged 18 and over only.

Any personal data collected by the practice in relation to this offer will be used by the practice solely for this promotion and will not be disclosed by the practice to a third party without the individual’s consent. By submitting

a review, you are agreeing to the Google my Business platform’s privacy and data protection policy.
