Jaw Surgery
A small proportion of individuals have severe jaw discrepancies which require a combination of orthodontic treatment and jaw surgery. This treatment is known as Orthognathic surgery.
These individuals may present either as teenagers or as adults and following joint consultation with our maxillofacial surgery team, a combined plan is formulated with proposed orthodontic tooth and jaw movements.
